What's on:
This vital and potentially life-saving service is also being used by professionals such as midwives and registered child minders, so it has a wide reach across all key groups. It involves a simple online booking system where parents and professionals can schedule an appointment on a dedicated day.
They provide important information ahead of the call so our expert team can check suitability of seats used for their child/car first. The use of video enables a bespoke and personal service to be delivered and the service user can show our expert their seat, vehicle and issues faced, just as they would in a live checking event environment. The expert will identify any errors and then explain how to fix them to avoid a re-occurrence.
They will provide a better understanding of what correct fitment looks like, common errors to avoid and its critical importance in keeping children safe from harm. The service user will receive reminders of appointment, a feedback request and Good Egg Safety will send through any follow up information following their consultation if they request or need it.
